The hiring requirements

  • Quality: The client had a rather difficult requirement. Not only did the lawyers need to be US based, but they also needed to be in specific states with top experience and legal education at world-class universities
  • Budget: The client laid out a strict budget for the project. To meet this budget, we sourced from the most affordable states in the US while retaining quality and negotiated hourly rates with the candidates on behalf of our client

Sourcing and vetting speed

  • When we first received this requirement we had only a handful of certified lawyers in our talent pool. We were able to generate over 1,000 inbound applications at an extremely rapid pace thanks to our expert sourcing team.
