What is the AI Interviewer

An AI agent that can quickly & accurately screens any type of talent. The interview is 20-30 mins and can be used for software engineers, project managers, designers, sales, and more.

How do you prevent AI bias?

We do not want a machine to determine a candidate's fate. Therefore, there is no concept of "passing" or "failing" the AI Interview.

The objective is to provide employers with a comprehensive view by offering more data. This includes an AI-generated report based on all responses, as well as a transcript. The transcript reduces the AI bias by allowing humans to review and listen to the answers, aiding them in deciding whether to proceed with interviewing the candidate.

This process supplements the candidate's resume, LinkedIn profile, and other relevant data points that influence the employer's decision to interview.

In summary, AI does not pass or fail candidates. Rather, it equips employers with additional data, enabling them to make more informed decisions about advancing candidates to the next stage of the interview process.

What if a candidate doesn’t complete the interview?

If an interview is abandoned prior to completion we would not be able to provide you an accurate assessment of the candidate. Therefore, it simply wouldn't count toward your number of purchased reports.

How customizable are the interviews and can we only use this for engineers?

AI Interviewer can be used to screen candidates of any position. Because our interview questions are AI generated, all you have to do is input the skills you're looking to hire for and our AI model will test candidates using relevant interview questions.
