It also provides candidates a fairer shot at earning a position compared to simply submitting an application with their resume. Resumes on their own are insufficient and lack detail about the skills of the candidate, and we all know they are typically overlooked, causing employers to potentially miss out on conversations with qualified candidates. Our AI interviewer solves this with a much more holistic view on the candidate's skills.

We do not allow a machine to determine a candidate's fate. This process supplements the candidate's resume, LinkedIn profile, and other relevant data points that influence the employer's decision to interview. Our internal recruitment team looks at the AI Vetted skills, resume, and other data points to decide whether an individual should be recommended to a client. The objective is to provide employers with a comprehensive view by offering more data. This includes an AI-generated report based on all responses, as well as a transcript. The transcript reduces the AI bias by allowing humans to review and listen to the answers, aiding them in deciding whether to proceed with the candidate. 

This process also helps candidates improve their applications by showing off their hard and soft skills, giving truly talented individuals a better chance at advancing through the interview and hiring process.

Further, our AI interviewer interviews and scores candidates entirely based on merit and skills, regardless of their demographic. The AI system does not know about anything other than their responses to the technical and non-technical questions.

We also care deeply about candidate experience. We’ve gone from a 3.7/5 to now 4.3/5 and quickly increasing candidate experience NPS. The general sentiment we see from candidates is ‘I was hesitant but thoroughly enjoyed the AI interview experience’. See examples here.
