Step 1: Register for micro1

Self explanatory, create a quick account in 5 seconds & let us know the name of your amazing company.

Step 2: Navigate to the ‘Open a Job’ section to create your first open role.

On the left sidebar, simply click on ‘Open a job’ to start creating your first open role. To get started, click ‘Open a Job’ in the centre of the screen, then proceed to start setting up the interview environment for your candidate(s).

Step 3: Define the role you are hiring for

We ask a handful of multiple choice or optional short response questions to use for the job posting. For this example we will open a job for a full stack developer skilled in Node.js and React Native.

Step 4: Use our AI generated job description, or attach your own

After you’ve defined the role but answering the above handful of questions, our AI will generate a custom job description based on this to include in your posting. Feel free to review this, customize a bit, and use it - or simply attach a PDF of your own JD.

Step 5: That’s it, now just let the quality applications flow

Keep an eye on the micro1 portal for the next 48 hours as our team matches you with deeply vetted engineers. To view your hand picked recommendations, simply reopen the dashboard and click “Details” on your job post. Or, if you’re eager to start searching for talent immediately, click “Search Talent” to create a filtered search of our talent pool based on your predefined criteria. You can also manage your job posting here: edit, pause, close, etc.
