What if a candidate doesn’t complete the interview?

If an interview is abandoned prior to completion we would not be able to provide you an accurate assessment of the candidate. Therefore, it simply wouldn't count toward your number of purchased interviews.

How customizable are the interviews and can we only use this for engineers?

AI Interviewer can be used to screen candidates of any position. Because our interview questions are AI generated, all you have to do is input the skills you're looking to hire for and our AI model will test candidates using relevant interview questions.
